HR90 (The Hot Room 90): The original, hot yoga series as created by Bikram Choudhury. 90 minutes 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises, 105 degrees, 40% humidity.
HR60: Familiar postures from the 26 and 2 series, condensed for when you are pressed for time. 60 minutes, 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises, 105 degrees, 40% humidity (formerly known as "Express 60").
Yin: A passive class in which postures are held 3-5 minutes to allow students to sink deep into the connective tissues of the body. 60 minutes, 85 degrees.
Inferno Hot Pilates: Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels
